Any help at this point is much appreciated. Now that you have both your animation and your rigged model downloaded, it’s time to do some work in Blender. Before I saved, the file was 66KB and after my save, the file is now 1,514KB. I've attached a sample CAD file that I just opened up and saved. Our office is running 2013 Civil 3D product version G.204.0.0, SP2. Not really sure what to do at this point but we've got to get this issue fixed. I've reviewed as many forums as possible and have tried the following:Ĥ) Deleted all the CAD related items from my temp folder. However, as soon as I hit save, it will take forever to open that file. This problem seems to be getting worse by the week. Any drawing that I have not "saved" recently, seems to open right up with no problem. Change this to whatever the loaded video is in length. Its probably set at the default 250 frames. it usually starts at 1, the next to the right being its max. After removing the headers, you just need to load the data into the Power Pivot Data Model. The data has to be loaded onto and off of the GPU so both the CPU and GPU end up twiddling their thumbs while this happens. Step 3: Load the data into the Power Pivot Data Model. While performance degradation is expected when working with large datasets in Civil 3D, there are some aspects to consider to improve the behavior. If youre seeing slow performance without GPU or CPU load then its likely down to memory and buss bandwidth.
